This is a very common concern and tough question. If you’re in pain, there are a number of things you will want to do, and usually exercise does not make that list.

Why do changes in the weather make my joint pain worse?
People with low-grade inflammation in their body particularly inflammation in their joints, may feel stiffer or more achey in certain weather conditions. Research still hasn’t confirmed a definite cause-and-effect link between weather and joint pain.
