Living with a long-term health condition or chronic pain impacts not only physical health, but also emotional wellbeing. In this webinar, Clinical Psychologist Tamyra Matthews will share strategies to better understand emotional distress, clarify what matters most to you, and develop practical skills for managing emotions and moving towards greater wellbeing.
The session will be valuable for people living with arthritis, other long-term conditions, and for those in support roles — including health professionals, whānau, and carers. Attendees will leave with practical tools that can be applied straight away.
