Online Facebook support groups
Our online support groups are moderated by a health advisor who may seek specialist advice and provide additional resources when needed. These are available from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, and are not for emergencies. If symptoms worsen, call Healthline at 0800 611 116 or 111 for urgent help.
For medication questions, consult your prescriber or pharmacist—avoid taking advice online.
