What a fantastic response to He Ako Hiringa’s request to talk to those of you using Humira.
Pharmac has recently announced that most people using Humira will be required to move to a similar medicine called Amgevita between 1 March  and 31 October 2022.
He Ako Hiringa has been asked by Pharmac to prepare education for GPs, nurses and pharmacists to help manage this transition.
As part of our resource development process we would like to talk to a small group of consumers who are currently using Humira about how they feel about moving to Amgevita, what might help them move to the new medicine more easily and what they would like health professionals to know.
A small Zoom meeting is planned for an hour with up to 6 people sometime in the next two weeks.
A small koha of $70 per person is offered for attendance.
