A variety of ongoing projects across Aotearoa New Zealand, inviting public involvement through surveys, activities, or in-person sessions.

In addition to funding arthritis research, Arthritis NZ also supports researchers undertaking important studies on arthritis that require participants.     Shoulder osteoarthritis

    Do you live with shoulder osteoarthritis, care for someone with it or treat it? New Zealand participants over 18 years of age are invited to complete a short Trans-Tasman survey to share what you think is important to research about shoulder OA.

    Inflammatory arthritis

    Have you been diagnosed by a rheumatologist with inflammatory arthritis (e.g. rheumatoid or psoriatic arthritis)? Have you been prescribed oral methotrexate within the past six months? And are you aged 18 years or older? Participants from the Auckland area are required.

    Musculoskeletal pain

    Do you have chronic musculoskeletal pain and are over 18 years of age? New Zealand participants are invited to complete a Trans-Tasman study survey.

    Hip osteoarthritis
