Hinengaro / Mental Health & Wellbeing Support

At Arthritis NZ, we recognize that managing arthritis involves more than just physical symptoms. We understand the emotional and psychological toll that arthritis can take on individuals and their loved ones. Living with arthritis can be challenging, and it’s important to prioritise your mental health. We’ve put together some mental wellbeing services in Aotearoa that are free of charge.
