During a recent Packaging Focus Group hosted by Arthritis New Zealand and Fonterra, we invited a number of people to come and test Fonterra’s current milk bottles. The aim was to figure out if people open them correctly, whether it was easier, and also to understand the exact difficulties people with reduced mobility and fine motor skills face with the packaging.
