Arthritis New Zealand is offering a 10 week Hydrotherapy Exercise Course in Christchurch to help you manage pain and improve your mobility with arthritis.
DATE: 4 September to 8 November 2018 on Tuesdays and Thursdays
TIME: 4.30 pm to 5.30 pm
VENUE: Burwood Hospital Pool, Gate 3, Mairehau Road, Burwood, Christchurch

Classes are FREE with GP clearance.
