These classes are not run by Arthritis New Zealand. We suggest you make contact with them to discuss if they are right for you. Arthritis New Zealand is working with Exercise New Zealand to compile a national directory of exercise classes that may be helpful for people with arthritis so this list of possible choices is by no means definitive.

Osteoarthritis Programmes

GLA:D (Good Life with osteoArthritis: Denmark) is an education and exercise program available in some parts of NZ/Aotearoa for people with hip or knee osteoarthritis symptoms. You can self-refer, and there is a cost for the programme. Contact providers here   Find a NZ provider here
