I have tried an exercise routine before and didn't stick with it

As with many lifestyle changes, not sticking to it is very common during the first attempts. What is important about this very normal human experience is to determine what you can learn from not sticking to it. Why didn’t it work? What would have improved the chances of a positive outcome? Now make a plan with this newfound knowledge and start again.
