Sandra has been Chief Executive of Arthritis New Zealand since February 2008. She has an interest in health with a focus on improving the health of people in New Zealand that spans over two decades.
Dianne Armstrong started as Business Development Manager in April 2009. She is passionate about the charitable sector and has a long history in the sector – including a CBE for services to Plunket

Cathie has had a long career in the health sector working as a Nurse and a Manager in both primary and secondary care as well as the non-profit sector.
Corporate Services Manager
Rob was born & educated in South Africa, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1976. He is married to Sarah, a New Zealander and emigrated to NZ at the end of 1979.
Community Engagement Manager
Tui recently joined Arthritis New Zealand in August 2011. Tui has a long history and interest in Community Development spanning over 20 years of involvement and work within the community, local and central government sectors.
Awareness and Advocacy Manager
Francesca joined the then Arthritis Foundation as General Manager of the Auckland Division in 1999. She was a member of the working party that developed the model of a unified national organisation and following the restructuring of the organisation was appointed Northern Regional Manager.
