New Zealand’s beauty and landscape has been shaped and changed by natural hazards such as earthquakes and floods; coping with such emergencies is something we are all encouraged to prepare for. Improving the life of every person affected by arthritis is the central aim of Arthritis New Zealand, and this webinar will discuss emergency preparedness when you live with arthritis, and how to become more resilient to disasters.
Arthritis New Zealand is partnering with a emergency management advisor Chris Moore, to provide knowledge about hazards, what protective actions to take; and how planning ahead will help you to reduce arthritis symptoms such as pain, joint stiffness and reduced mobility that could affect you during and after an emergency/natural hazard event.
